Having the ledge in the corner allows for easy demolding. On top of this, you will be able to purchase precision cut acrylic sheets that fit the photo perfectly. This is how the photo will sit in your resin piece on the ledges without bending. The picture will set halfway up the frame. You can double sided tape the photo to the acrylic and also glue or tape the acrylic to the resin to make it secure. You can also sandwich the picture between 2 pieces of acrylic.

The 3" Deep Frames will have wall stiffeners embedded into the outside walls of silicone to make sure the silicone does not bow inwards or outwards. This is important to ensure your final result has straight sides. They will be embedded on both inner and outer walls. The 8" x 10" 3" Deep Frame also has supports in the center walls.

Free Template included for easy layout of your design!!

Resin work and photos courtesy of @crystal.seas.art and @aafloralpreservation

Please message us with any questions you may have regarding this mold.
